Carroll Education Foundation's Grant Recipients and Sponsors 2007

The majority of the lighting in the CHSH Auditorium consists of instruments that were popular during the 1970's and 1980's. (Imagine if your computer was that old?) We want to purchase school - standard, modern "intelligent lighting" equipment so that all 7,840 students in CISD can be effectively seen by their families, teachers and administrators when they are performing and/or being recognized on the district's auditorium stage. Another benefit of these instruments will be to illuminate additional stage areas created by the new orchestra pit filler purchased last year (funded partially from a CEF Grant).
